1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by U.S. Roofing Direct ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Services

U.S. Roofing Direct provides professional roofing services including but not limited to:

Roof installation and replacement

Roof repair and maintenance

Storm damage restoration

Insurance claim assistance

Free roof assessments and estimates

Service Delivery: All roofing installation and on-site work is performed by our network of licensed, insured roofing contractors located throughout the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

Actual conditions discovered during work

Changes in material costs

Customer-requested modifications to the original scope

Additional work required to meet building codes

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Virtual Assessments: For virtual estimates, pricing is subject to change upon physical inspection of the property.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

Estimates and assessments are provided at no cost

Payment schedules are established based on project milestones

Final payment is due upon completion and customer satisfaction

Financing options are available for qualified customers (subject to credit approval)

Third-Party Financing: If you use third-party financing, you agree to the terms and conditions of that financing provider. U.S. Roofing Direct is not responsible for financing terms, approval, or payment disputes with financing companies.

5. Warranties

U.S. Roofing Direct provides comprehensive warranty coverage:

Workmanship Warranty: Limited Lifetime Transferable warranty on installation labor Material Warranty: Manufacturer warranties ranging from 25-50 years depending on products used

All warranty terms will be provided in writing upon project completion.

Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage from:

Acts of nature (hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes)

Normal wear and tear

Customer negligence or improper maintenance

Modifications by third parties

Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules

6. Insurance and Liability

All U.S. Roofing Direct installation partners maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including:

General liability insurance

Workers' compensation insurance

Professional liability coverage

Proof of insurance will be provided upon request. We are not liable for damages resulting from acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence.

Property Protection: While we take precautions to protect your property during work, you are responsible for securing or removing valuable items from work areas.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information about their property

Allow reasonable access to the work area during scheduled work times

Remove or protect personal property as advised

Maintain clear communication throughout the project

Make timely payments according to agreed terms

Notify us immediately of any concerns during the project

Ensure pets are secured during work hours

Provide safe access to the roof and work areas

Homeowner Association Compliance: Customers are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before work begins.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel services before work begins with written notice. Cancellation terms:

No charge for cancellation before materials are ordered

Customer responsible for non-returnable materials if work has begun

Reasonable cancellation fees may apply for significant project preparation

Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control

Insurance Claims: We assist with insurance claims but are not responsible for claim denials or insurance company decisions.

12. Modifications to Terms

U.S. Roofing Direct reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with a revised effective date.
